Duties will include:
To provide general administration support to internal and external customers
Accurate and efficient registering, assembling and dispatching of referral files
Accurate data entry onto in-house information system involving processing the receipt of files by clearing them in the computer system
Maintaining clients’ medical records in line with Data Protection requirements
Administration duties including filing, photocopying etc

Knowledge and experience required:
Attention to detail
IT literacy
Written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work under own initiative to meet deadlines and specified standards
Evidence of effective team working
Desirable skills and experience:
Experience of using databases and / or information systems

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in our Wembley office
The hours of work are 37 per week
The salary is £12,500 pro rata plus a generous holiday entitlement
The contract is fixed term for 6 months
